Lita Monaghan

Aging knees turned me on to cycling and I have been all-in ever since buying my first road bike 4 years ago. I started a women-focused cycling club in my community, planning and leading rides of various length and difficulty, with the ultimate goal of getting more women on bikes. Last year I went to bike mechanic school to help empower others to do repairs and maintenance. As a Kona Brand Ambassador, I hope to continue conveying a positive message of inclusivity, accessibility, exploration, and empowerment.
