THE 2021 PROCESS 153

THE PROCESS 153

The Process 153 has seen some things. It's taken Miranda Miller to EWS podiums. It's the weapon of choice for riders that like to go big, and it's been our go-to choice for our home trails in Bellingham and North Vancouver. Three models in both 27.5 and 29" wheels provide the perfect balance between climbing and descending. With geometry pulling cues from the Process 134, the frame design is easy on the eyes and 150g lighter than previous aluminum models.

Big wheels or small? The Process 153 DL 29, the Process 153 29, and the Process 153 27.5.

Updated geometry features a 64.5° headtube angle for better descending than before, while a steep seat tube angle keeps climbing steep trails achievable.

435 mm chainstays and a progressive leverage curve provide a stable ride with no bottom-outs.
Deeper seatpost insertion compared to prior 153 models.
A new rocker and revised suspension kinematics keep the leverage curve very similar to 134 models: around 13% progression from 30-95% travel.
